Great Staff and Location, Updated Room, Nice Bathroom Amenities 😊

The staff here were really awesome and friendly. The location was perfect, not too busy, and the room was really nice and new. The bathroom had a shower, hairdryers, and bathrobes, which was a nice touch.

I liked this hotel and totally recommend it to anyone. Everything was perfect, incredible location really close to the park entrance as well as the office / gift shop, amiable staff. The breakfast was hot, the check in was easy. Also, I found free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The venue was stunningly beautiful and pretty, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location was tranquil short walk to several restaurants, Volcano and the National Park and a very beautiful forest. My a double room was available with central heating, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator.

The location of this place was very convenient as it was in the heart of the city, and we enjoyed a pleasant stroll to Kilauea Lodge Restaurant for dinner.

The new owners, who are born and raised on the islands, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast delivered to our room was delicious, and the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in our standard room were convenient. The eclectic, Harry Potter-esque design of the buildings added to the charm. We loved the reclaimed wood siding in our room and appreciated the little touches like fresh flowers and homemade bread. Mike, the proprietor, was friendly and helpful, offering great advice for our visit. The well-maintained gardens and souvenir shop added to the overall experience. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to others!

The hotel was the best base for enjoying the excellent area, close to Volcano, Hawaii, and surrounded by nature and birds. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable, providing a good service. I had a stylish, bright room complete with a gas fireplace and fruit, and an incredibly comfortable bed.
